Free X-Date Pipeline Assessment
Start with the states you write in, the lines and classes you want more of, and the premium size you go after. We reply in two business days with a written X-date brief. It tells you the market size, the renewal timing, and what your producers can handle.

Five fields and a few lines. A written brief back, not a drip sequence.
Free. No contract. Two business days.
Every agency has a new business goal, usually a premium number or an account count. Few know how many of those accounts sit in their footprint, or when they renew. We check four scores. The first gap is your real limit.
We begin with your states, then narrow to the class codes and NAICS groups your carriers will write. From there we filter again by premium band and the lines you want more of. Only what passes all three gets counted. That is a far smaller pool than “every business within fifty miles,” and it limits every score under it.
Then we look at dates. How many accounts have a renewal you can pin down? Workers’ comp is the easiest line to date. Proof of coverage is public in many states and motor carrier insurance filings are public federally. You see the share of your market with a known X-date and incumbent and the months those dates bunch together.
Every quote costs time. Loss runs, supplemental applications, submission to market and underwriter turnaround must all fit inside the 60 to 90 day renewal window. We work out how many open quote and BOR conversations your desk can hold each month. We check that against busy months, not the yearly average. For many agencies the shortage is not leads in March. It is desk space in November.
Outreach sits at the end. We check whether you have a named list carrying the decision-maker, X-date, incumbent and lines in force, DNC-scrubbed before the first dial. We also check for a 120, 90 and 60 day cadence across phone, email and LinkedIn, with a single owner. If nothing on your list is dated, custom list building comes first. The missing score is your limit, not lead volume.
On day one, a senior strategist reads your states, lines, classes and premium band. No template here. We build the count around what you actually wrote, not around a standard market report.
By day two, you have the four scores and a price range for your scope. It arrives as a document you can forward to a partner or sales manager. One or two pages.
Now it is your call. Take the walkthrough or skip it. The brief is yours either way. Some agencies use it to plan next year’s new business whether or not they hire us.

No, it measures the accounts you do not hold yet. The X-date pipeline in a CRM or agency management system only sorts renewal dates already in your book into deal stages. This assessment counts how many accounts sit inside your carrier appetite, how many of them can be dated, and whether your producers can work them inside the renewal window.
No, nothing about your current clients leaves your agency. The brief needs the states you write in, the lines and classes you want more of and the premium band you go after. We build the count from public and licensed business data, so your book, dec pages and client list stay where they are.and licensed business data, not from your book.
Yes, and usually more so, because the brief shows what your list leaves out. A bought list tells you a workers' comp policy renews on the first of March. It does not tell you who signs the BOR letter, if the account still fits your appetite, or how many dates land in the same month. We check that list against your market and your producer capacity.
