About the Client

The client offers a flat-fee, subscription-based recruitment model designed to deliver self-sourced, high-quality loan officer candidates efficiently and cost-effectively. With decades of combined industry experience among their team, they handle end-to-end candidate sourcing, nurturing, and delivery to employers, freeing their clients to scale without the traditional expense and complexity.

Challenges

The client faces significant challenges in lead generation and appointment setting. Finding top Loan Officers is difficult because most are passive candidates, satisfied in their current roles, and cautious about change. Partnering with a trusted loan officer recruiting services can help, since outreach is costly and time consuming, with cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns often yielding low response rates. Building trust and credibility remotely is essential, but takes repeated contact, while pre-qualifying leads to ensure a good fit adds more time.

Objectives

• Making a list of ideal customer profiles of loan officers.
• Generate high-quality leads for conversion.
• Set an appointment with potential customers.
• Smooth process, like prescreening, to reduce the extra burden.

Strategy to Overcome Challenges

To overcome the recruiting challenges of the client, we implemented a multichannel outreach strategy supported by structured workflows and qualification processes. This ensured consistent touchpoints with high-performing Loan Officers and maximized appointment conversions.

Multichannel Outreach Cadence

Cold Calling

• We proactively reached out to experienced Loan Officers, using targeted lists and research to ensure every call was relevant.
• During calls, we highlighted career growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and the value of the client’s confidential matching service to spark genuine interest.

Email Marketing

• We created personalized email campaigns tailored to each candidate’s background and career goals, ensuring the messaging resonated.
• Emails included testimonials, success stories, and clear explanations of the client’s confidential services, building trust and keeping candidates engaged over time.

LinkedIn Outreach

• We sent carefully crafted connection requests to top Loan Officers, introducing the client in a professional, credible way.
• Follow-up messages provided social proof, highlighted career opportunities, and encouraged candidates to explore a confidential conversation with our team.

Paid Ads

• We ran targeted ads on relevant platforms to reach passive candidates who were not actively seeking new roles, expanding the talent pool.
• Ads focused on the client’s value proposition and success stories, directing interested candidates into our nurture system for continued engagement and qualification.

Before booking any appointment, we asked pre-screening qualification questions to confirm each candidate met the required criteria. By using a mix of Cold Calling, Email Marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and Paid Ads, along with structured workflows and nurturing steps, we transformed cold prospects into qualified appointments with the client.

• Targeted more than 50K loan officers.
• 1,185 quality meetings generated throughout the 11-month campaign.
• Almost 108 sales-qualified leads per month, which is remarkable.
• Higher appointment setting ratio.
